Pricing & Payment Policy

1. Subscription Plans
- BookingBoost pricing is based on the plan selected for your property.
- Plans start from $299 per month, with final pricing depending on your property size and service requirements.
- A one-time onboarding fee applies.
- GST is added where applicable.
2. Billing & Invoices
- Fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Annual billing options may include discounts.
- Invoices are delivered electronically.
3. Free Trials & Promotions
- Free trials or discounts may be offered.
- At the end of a trial, standard fees apply automatically unless you cancel.
4. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades are charged pro-rata for the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
5. Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- No partial refunds for unused services.
6. Late Payments
- Overdue accounts may be suspended.
- A reconnection fee may apply.
7. Price Changes
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before pricing changes.
- Continued use after a change means you accept the new pricing.
